1. Return Policy. Materials purchased may not be returned except for manufacturer's defects. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to accommodate all our customers, so email help@jhousepublishing.com if you experience a problem with a product you have ordered within seven days of receipt. 

2. Shipping. At this time, products from this website are available only for locations within the United States.  Please allow at least three to four weeks for delivery of out-of-stock items or large orders.

3. Resellers: An account is required to qualify for retail discounts. To qualify for tax-free status for bulk orders shipped to California, buyers must provide a valid Resale Certificate for the State of California. Retail accounts are eligible for discount pricing. 4. Privacy. JHousePublishing.com will not share customer's personal information with third parties except in the normal satisfactory completion of requested purchases or services.
